General Malpractice Cases

  • Adult Respiratory Distress Syndrome
  • Failure to identify and correct intra-abdominal bleeding after hysterectomy
  • Injury to the ureter during hysterctomy
  • Wrongful death during anesthesia for cesarean section

Dr. Keever continues to keep his Texas license to practice medicine active, although no longer seeing patients nor performing surgery, and will function as an expert witness in those jurisdictions which permit his participation. He has so functioned in the last year in the States of New York and Arkansas.
